Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Issue offer letters and manage employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary administration.
- Handle employee relations and support a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 2–4 years of HR experience.
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll processes, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS and Microsoft Office.

Location
Candidates should be based in Bidar, Karnataka, or be willing to relocate to Bidar. Food and accomodation provided.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
