We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and compensation with selected candidates.
- Manage joining formalities and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build a strong pipeline of IT candidates for ongoing requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of IT recruitment processes.
- Experience in salary negotiation and candidate handling.
- Knowledge of onboarding and joining coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 6 Months to 1.5 Years in IT Recruitment.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
