Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 2 yr or more experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in human resources and a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings.
Post job advertisements on different job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.
Work closely with the HR team to understand recruitment needs.
Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with other HR-related tasks as required.
