Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients.
- Track tasks and ensure timely completion by team members.
- Provide administrative support to management.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Professional attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Knowledge of CRM or office management software is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or sales support is preferred.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
