EDUCATION: Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Occupational Health & Safety
- Knowledge of Fire Safety Systems & Emergency Response
- Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards
- First Aid / CPR Certification
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
JOB PURPOSE: To head the cinema Security operations as a revenue centre head for ensuring & meeting the customer satisfaction scores and revenue targets through efficient operations centred on the standard operating procedures and fair people management practices.
A Security Officer is an executive responsible for creating and implementing an organization's comprehensive security strategy, encompassing both digital and physical security to protect assets, personnel, and information. Key duties include conducting risk assessments, developing and enforcing security policies, leading incident response, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing security teams, and promoting security awareness among employees.
1. Should handle Internal audit score (Average of Fire audit and Internal audit security points.)
2. Responsible for Reporting of security and safety equipments defects timely.
3. Responsible for Correct bill submission on time every month.
4. Responsible for Training & Grooming done as per the manual (soft skill/fire drill, fire training, evacuation, emergency response).
5. Should be responsible for reporting of incidents if any.
6. Should handle legal compliances and documentations at site.
7. Should handle other tasks /duties/responsibilities assigned by reporting manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
