Position: - Academic Counsellor/ Senior Academic Counsellor
Experience: - Min 1 year in B2C Sales preferably Edtech sector.
Office Location:- Hazra More, Near Jatin Das Park Metro, Kolkata
Salary – upto 30000 depending upon experience and interview
Working hours – 11am to 8pm
Week off - Tuesday
**Must have own laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively engage with prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) mainly calls.
· Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' educational goals and challenges.
· Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
· Conduct live demonstrations and virtual tours to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
· Guide clients through the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns along the way.
· Cultivate and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
· Effectively close deals by leveraging consultative selling techniques and objection handling.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
· Maintain a daily calling time of 2.50hrs
· Meet tight deadlines and targets
Qualifications:
· Must Be a Graduate
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to sales.
· Hardworking and Confident to meet targets
