Job Summary:
We are hiring a smart and confident Receptionist Cum Telecaller for our EV bike showrooms in Salem and Sankari. The candidate will handle front desk operations and customer call follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Follow up with customer leads and inquiries
- Provide basic information about EV bikes and offers
- Schedule appointments and test rides
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports
- Keep reception area neat and professional
Requirements:
- Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Fresher or Experienced – Both can apply
- Good communication skills (Tamil & Basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of EV bikes is an added advantage
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (Based on performance & experience)
