We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Anatch Media. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills and a deep understanding of client management. This is an end-to-end sales role involving lead generation, pitching services, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our digital marketing services (with a focus on SMS and WhatsApp marketing), negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction. The role demands proactive communication, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients through targeted outreach and lead generation.
- Occasionally conduct in-person meetings with potential or existing clients to acquire new business or strengthen ongoing partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Promote and sell digital marketing services, with a focus on SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and meet or exceed sales targets.
