The Ground Activation & Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for conducting on-ground promotional activities across residential societies, parks, community spaces, schools, sports venues, public events and other high-footfall locations. The primary objective of this role is to interact with parents, generate interest in Tida Academy's sports programs, collect qualified leads, conduct followups and successfully book demo sessions for children at the nearest Tida Academy.
This is a field-intensive role that requires excellent communication skills, confidence in approaching people, and the ability to represent the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Ground Activations & Promotions
Set up and manage promotional kiosks, tables, standees and branding materials at designated locations.
Take permissions, conduct lead generation activities in residential societies, apartment complexes, parks, jogging tracks, community centres and public events.
Handover brochures, flyers and promotional materials to TG.
Ensure branding visibility and maintain a professional activation setup.
2. Parent Engagement
Initiate conversations with parents and guardians.
Explain Tida Academy's sports programs, coaching methodology and benefits.
Understand the child's age, interests and sports preferences.
Address basic queries regarding coaching schedules, venues, fees and trial sessions.
3. Lead Generation, Demo Booking & Admissions
Capture complete lead information including parent name, contact details, child's age and preferred sport.
Register prospects based on eligibility and interest.
Convert interactions into confirmed demo bookings & further admissions.
Maintain daily records of leads generated and demos scheduled.
4. Territory Activities
Execute planned activation schedules across assigned territories.
Identify new locations with high parent and child footfall.
Provide feedback on lead quality, location performance and parent insights.
Support local marketing campaigns and sports events whenever required.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily activity reports to central marketing team.
Share lead data and coordinate for demo scheduling with the academy heads / admissions team
Track conversion status of generated leads.
The monthly incentives will be based and evaluated on:
Number of parent interactions conducted
Number of qualified leads generated
Number of demo sessions booked
Demo attendance percentage
Admissions generated from booked demos
Daily and monthly activity targets achieved
Quality and completeness of lead data.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
