Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Partner Onboarding & Sales Executive to identify, engage, and onboard travel partners onto the CompareTrips platform. This role requires strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outbound calling, virtual meetings, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with travel operators through Instagram, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
- Present and explain the CompareTrips platform to potential partners.
- Onboard new travel partners and assist them throughout the onboarding process.
- Collect and verify trip-related information such as itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and departure schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners.
- Follow up regularly to ensure partners keep their trip listings updated.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and onboarding status.
- Achieve onboarding and partnership targets as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, or any related field preferred).
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales interactions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and internet tools.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- Ability to conduct online demos and explain platform features effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
