Job Summary
Trimurti Engimetal and Steel Works Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth across industrial, OEM, domestic, and international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in industrial, OEM, and export markets.
- Expand the company's presence in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional customers, and channel partners.
- Identify and pursue new customers, projects, and strategic business opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and senior management to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the distribution and dealer network.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions when required.
Requirements
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- 2–4+ years of experience in industrial/B2B sales and business development.
- Experience in the steel, building materials, engineering, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Exposure to export sales, international business development, or global market coordination is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of industrial sales processes and OEM customer management.
- Experience in international business development and export documentation is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
