Delivery Boy
Objective:
To ensure person takes ownership of all End to End part pickup and Deliver in field and support our backend Branch LC.
1. AMC :
a. Delivery Boy support Branch LC on Part packing and delivery in field.
b. Delivery boy Ensure all part which is handover need to deliver in field same day or allocate parts must be picked same day and handover to branch LC.
c. Delivery boy ensure allocated work will complete in given time line. If any task pending he/ she need to update Branch LC proactively.
2. Courier Process:
d. Delivery boy Need to check received part from engineer and courier.
e. Delivery boy Support branch LC on part packing and shipping.
3. Audit of branch ops:
f. Delivery boy support Branch LC on branch part cleaning and store well managing.
g. Delivery boy support branch LC to keep parts arrange properly.
h. Branch Delivery boy ensure to maintain branch Hygiene.
