Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager – Fly Ash Exports to lead and expand our export operations, primarily targeting markets in the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise in fly ash classification, a well-established international client network, and proven experience in managing end-to-end export operations. This role requires strategic planning, business development, and ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for profitable export of fly ash to international markets, including the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the global customer base.
- Build, maintain, and manage a strong database of potential and existing clients, including key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and finalize export contracts with international clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and quality standards.
- Oversee classification, packaging, dispatch, and logistics of fly ash shipments.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, quality control, and finance for seamless execution.
- Monitor global market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and strategic plans for senior management review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in fly ash exports or similar bulk commodity exports.
- Proven track record in international business development, particularly in Middle East, Asia, and European markets.
- Strong understanding of fly ash classification, specifications, and quality standards.
- Established network with global clients, traders, and procurement agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of export procedures, international trade laws, and logistics.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Multilingual capability is an added advantage (preferably Arabic or other regional languages).
