We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence and support digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts.
- Plan and publish engaging social media content.
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Have good working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, CTR, CPC, CPL and other important metrics.
- Research trends, competitors and relevant content ideas.
- Coordinate with the creative team for posts, reels and ad creatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and paid advertising.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Candidates with proven lead-generation/performance marketing experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (Varanasi, Varanasi District)
