- Post Graduate Degree in English from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/International school.
- Experience teaching Secondary/Senior Secondary classes will be preferred.
- CTET qualification will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, and English Language & Literature.
- Experience in lesson planning, assessment, and using innovative teaching methodologies will be preferred.
- Excellent command of English language, grammar, literature, and communication skills.
- Passion for developing students’ language proficiency, reading, writing, and critical thinking.
- Strong classroom management and effective teaching skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools.
