Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Machine Operator to join our production team.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating extrusion machinery in the
plastic or cable manufacturing industry. This role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting
extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products in line with production specifications and
quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, adjust, and operate extrusion machines according to production schedules and
specifications.
Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production run.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of extrusion equipment to minimize
downtime.
Ensure raw materials are loaded correctly and meet process requirements.
Conduct in-process inspections and record production data accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Identify and report any quality or process deviations promptly.
Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and quality control to optimize
productivity.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards
strictly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma / BE
3–5 years of proven experience operating extrusion machinery (Plastic or Cable industry
background preferred).
Strong understanding of extrusion processes, material handling, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and production orders.
Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Good physical stamina to stand, lift, and operate machines throughout the shift.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Basic computer skills for recording production data.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
