JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TENDER COSTING EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
A. Tender Costing & Pricing
▪ Prepare detailed product-wise costing sheets for tenders
▪ Calculate raw material cost, conversion cost, packaging, transport, and overheads
▪ Ensure pricing aligns with target margins and company strategy
▪ Perform cost optimization to remain competitive
B. Data Analysis & Validation
▪ Analyze historical cost data and current market rates
▪ Validate vendor quotations and price fluctuations
▪ Maintain updated database of RM rates, packaging, logistics costs
C. Tender Documentation Support
▪ Coordinate with sales, procurement, production, and QA teams
▪ Assist in preparing technical & financial bid documents
▪ Ensure all costing complies with tender terms and conditions
D. Financial & MIS Reporting
▪ Prepare costing MIS reports for management review
▪ Track variance between estimated vs actual cost
▪ Support in monthly P&L impact analysis of tenders
E. Compliance & Accuracy
▪ Ensure error-free costing sheets
▪ Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
▪ Follow internal approval processes for pricing
F. Key Technical Skills Required
▪ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
▪ Formulas (IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH)
▪ Pivot Tables & Dashboards
▪ Good understanding of cost accounting concepts
▪ Knowledge of GST, statutory costs (preferred)
G. Functional Skills
▪ Understanding of procurement & vendor costing
▪ Experience in tender-based industries (FMCG, food, manufacturing, govt. tenders)
▪ Ability to work with multi-department coordination
H. Soft Skills
▪ Strong analytical thinking
▪ High attention to detail and accuracy
▪ Ability to work under tight deadlines
▪ Good communication & coordination skills
I. Qualification & Experience
▪ Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Cost Accounting / MBA (Finance preferred)
▪ 2–3 years of experience in:
▪ Tender costing / commercial finance / pricing
J. KPIs (Performance Metrics)
▪ Accuracy of costing (minimal variance)
▪ Timely submission of tender costing
▪ Profitability of awarded tenders
▪ Reduction in cost leakages
K. Preferred Experience (Bonus)
▪ Experience in government tenders (GeM, E-procurement portals, Railway Portal)
▪ Exposure to manufacturing costing
▪ Knowledge of ERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.)

Candidate Requirement
- Candidate should be comfortable working at Dwarka location
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
