Job Summary
Rohan Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman (Civil) to prepare accurate technical drawings and construction plans for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil drafting standards, construction drawings, and AutoCAD software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil drawings, layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop and revise architectural, structural, and site development drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams for drawing updates and modifications.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards.
- Maintain drawing records and document revisions systematically.
- Prepare as-built drawings and quantity-related drafting support.
- Review and update drawings based on site conditions and design changes.
- Support project teams with technical drafting and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Civil AutoCAD Draftsman.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and knowledge of AutoCAD 3D will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
- Good understanding of civil construction methods and drafting standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, or other drafting software.
- Experience in real estate and construction projects.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,786.89 - ₹22,672.40 per month
