Job Description
Ajanta Footcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Counter Salesman at our Chandannagar (Court More) location.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above
- 0–1 year of experience in retail sales
- Experience in footwear, apparel, or other retail industries will be an added advantage
- Freshers are welcome and will be provided with training
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
Salary & Benefits
- ₹9,500 Net Take-Home Salary per month

Working Hours
- 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM
- 26 working days per month
- 4 weekly offs
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve sales targets and promote ongoing offers
- Handle billing and cash transactions
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Support inventory and stock management
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of POS/Billing Software will be an advantage
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
