Job Responsibilities Prepare authentic South Indian breakfast and lunch items (Idli, Dosa, Pongal, Sambar, Chutneys, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times Manage cooking time efficiently during peak hours Ensure consistent taste and quality in every dish Handle kitchen inventory and raw materials properly Coordinate with other kitchen staff smoothly Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience in South Indian cooking Knowledge of traditional tiffin items and side dishes Ability to handle bulk cooking Good time management skills Immediate joiners preferred ✅
