We are looking for an experienced Barista for our cafe at Payyampally, Mananthavady. Who is passionate about making coffee varities. The barista need to prepare and serve coffee beverages. Operate and handle coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipments efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, equipments, and dining area . Greet the customers, answer their inqueries and compliants professionaly . Take orders and accept payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages, such as filter coffee, expresso based coffee.
- Welcoming the customers, inform the about the new items and specials, handle customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstaion and equpments.
- Operate and handle coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipments efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in quality and taste. Understand the customer needs and serve them according to that.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experienced in coffee making or customer service preferred.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Availability to work around peak hours ( early mornings, nights, weekends,or holidays).
Salary: 15000 - 20000 per month
