- Prepare ingredients, vegetables, sauces, marinades, and garnishes for Chinese dishes.
- Cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate Chinese cooking equipment including wok ranges, deep fryers, steamers, and burners safely.
- Ensure timely preparation of orders during service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.
- Prepare sauces such as Manchurian, Schezwan, Hot Garlic, Black Pepper, Chilli Garlic, Oyster-based sauces (where applicable), etc.
- Prepare fried rice, noodles, appetizers, gravies, dim sums (if applicable), and other Chinese specialties.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage temperatures.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and proper stock rotation procedures.
- Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.
- Work closely with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.
- Perform any additional kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
