Aclean Energies Private Limited works in Solar EPC, Ground Mount Solar Projects, and Rooftop Solar Projects. We are looking for a candidate who understands the solar industry and can contribute to business growth through effective sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects
- Identify and develop potential customers and clients
- Handle sales for Ground Mount & Rooftop Solar Projects
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, references and digital channels
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals and coordinate with the technical/project team
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of the Solar Energy / Solar EPC industry
- Understanding of Rooftop & Ground Mount Solar Projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Business development and lead-generation skills
- Ability to handle clients independently
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic commercial documentation
Qualification & Experience
- MBA in Marketing or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Solar Sales, EPC, Renewable Energy or related industry preferred
