Key Responsibilities 1. Onboarding and Exit Formalities ● Ensure a seamless onboarding and induction experience for new hires. ● Ensure proper Onboarding formalities and exit formalities. 2. Employee Engagement & Relations ● Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. ● Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to drive motivation and retention. ● Support managers in handling employee relations matters. 3. HR Operations & Compliance ● Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately. ● Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. ● Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies. 4. Performance & Learning ● Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback sessions. ● Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs. 5. Payroll & Benefits Support ● Collate and verify payroll inputs – attendance, leaves, deductions, etc. ● Liaise with payroll teams for timely salary processing. ● Administer benefits like health insurance, leave policy, etc. 6. HR Reporting and Attendance Management ● Prepare monthly HR MIS reports – attrition, headcount, leave trends. ● Provide insights for workforce planning and process improvement
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
