Creative Growth Hacker
Job Summary
We are hiring a Creative Growth Hacker for a newly launched equity newsletter division at Beta Trading Company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in guerrilla-style marketing, social media growth, and audience building, with the ability to create buzz, drive subscriptions, and scale digital presence from the Banjara Hills office.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact, guerrilla marketing campaigns
- Drive subscriber growth through creative and unconventional strategies
- Build engagement, community, and brand visibility online
- Continuously experiment, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns
- Work closely with leadership to execute and scale growth ideas
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media growth or digital marketing
- Strong exposure to guerrilla marketing / unconventional campaigns (mandatory)
- Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box
- Understanding of social media trends, virality, and audience behavior
- Basic interest or understanding of financial markets is a plus
- Self-driven, experimental, and result-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience in building online communities or digital products
- Strong content ideation and execution skills
- Ability to track metrics and scale what works
