Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive product sales through lead generation, inbound lead management, opportunity qualification, product demonstrations, and deal closures. The role requires ownership of the complete sales cycle, from generating qualified leads to converting them into customers.
Key Responsibilities
A) Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

Generate qualified MQLs through inbound and outbound sales activities.

Prospect via LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, events, and partnerships.

Identify decision-makers and build a healthy sales pipeline.
B) Inbound Lead Management

Respond to and qualify inbound leads within defined SLAs.

Conduct discovery calls and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
C) Opportunity Management

Understand customer requirements and business challenges.

Position the product effectively and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Update and manage opportunities in CRM.
D) Product Demonstrations & Sales

Conduct product demos and presentations.

Handle objections and communicate product value propositions.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
E) Closures & Revenue Generation

Own the complete sales cycle from qualification to closure.

Manage proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiations.

Achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets.
F) CRM & Reporting

Maintain CRM hygiene and activity records.
-
Track pipeline, conversions, and sales performance metrics.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

4–6 years of experience in SaaS, AI, HRTech, EdTech, FinTech, or B2B technology product sales.

Proven track record in both lead generation and direct sales closures.

Experience handling inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
-
Exposure to international markets is an added advantage.
