JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Senior OFSAA FCCM AML Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle OFSAA FCCM and AML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle OFSAA, AML modules, SQL, database tuning, and solution implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance financial crime compliance solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle OFSAA FCCM and AML solutions.
- Configure, customize, and maintain OFSAA FCCM applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, and database objects.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to OFSAA applications and databases.
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 3-12 years of relevant experience in Oracle OFSAA FCCM and AML development.
- Strong expertise in Oracle OFSAA FCCM, AML modules, and financial crime compliance solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL development.
- Proven experience in solution design, implementation, customization, and support of OFSAA FCCM applications.
- Experience working on banking and financial services projects with a good understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues.
