Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Executive
Qualification: Pharm D (Mandatory)
Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years (Healthcare or teleconsultation experience preferred)
Role Overview:
We are looking for Pharm D graduates to join our QA team to audit prescriptions, teleconsultation calls, and ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and SOP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit teleconsultation calls (approved, rejected, cancelled)
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to Telemedicine Practice Guidelines & SOPs
- Identify quality gaps and prepare audit reports
- Share feedback with doctors and internal teams
- Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Pharm D qualification
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices and patient safety
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
- Good communication and documentation skills
