Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage construction site activities, supervise labor teams, ensure quality work, and complete projects on time. The candidate should have good knowledge in residential/commercial building construction, site execution, and coordination.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily construction site activities
- Monitor work progress as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, labor, suppliers, and clients
- Ensure quality and safety standards at the site
- Prepare daily site reports and material reports
- Check measurements and execute work accurately
- Handle concrete, masonry, plastering, finishing, and structural works
- Manage manpower and materials efficiently
- Solve site-related technical issues
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget
Requirements :
- Diploma / B.E Civil Engineering
- Experience: 1–5 years preferred
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle site independently
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
