Core Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
· Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
· Explain products/services clearly and professionally
· Generate leads and convert them into sales
· Maintain and update customer databases
Communication & Support
· Build strong relationships with customers
· Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues
· Provide accurate information about offers, pricing, and services
Documentation & Reporting
· Record call details and outcomes in CRM/software
· Prepare daily reports on calls, leads, and conversions
· Coordinate with the sales or support team when needed
Skills Required
· Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and basic English
· Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
· Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
· Patience and ability to handle rejection
· Time management and target-oriented mindset
· Prior tele calling, sales, or counselling experience preferred
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
