Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect – Interiors with 5 years of experience to design functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings and layouts
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations
- Work closely with project teams, vendors, and contractors for execution
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy
- Manage timelines and ensure timely completion of projects
- Handle revisions based on client feedback
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong design sense and creativity
- Proficiency in design software
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design projects
