Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Handle social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversions and user experience.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
- Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console
- Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy
- Email Marketing (Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar platforms)
- Basic knowledge of WordPress/CMS
- Keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
- Canva or basic graphic designing skills (preferred)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Certification (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
