- Teach foundational physics to Class IX and X students to bridge the gap between school textbooks and competitive exams like JEE, NEET, NTSE, and Olympiads.
- M.Sc in Physics, or a B.Tech or B.E. degree from a recognized university.
- Mandate a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school or coaching institute's foundation wing.
- Deliver high-quality, high-energy lectures focusing on deep conceptual clarity rather than rote learning.
- Explain core topics like Mechanics, Gravitation, Light, Electricity, and Magnetism with absolute clarity.
- Simplify abstract physics theories by using real-world examples and practical classroom demonstrations.
- Conduct regular, dedicated doubt-resolution sessions to support weak students and clarify complex problems.
- Counsel and motivate young teenagers to build strong academic discipline and reduce exam anxiety.
- Maintain a disciplined, interactive, and highly engaging classroom environment.
- Analyze student performance trends and communicate progress effectively during parent-teacher meetings.
