Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist with at least one year of experience working in an office environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling front desk responsibilities, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Manage appointments, meeting room schedules, and basic office coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier
- Maintain visitor logs and basic documentation
- Provide administrative support to the office team as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an office-based role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Professional, organized, and presentable
