- Having Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource and Recuritment
- Overall Responsibilities for Man power planning and Recruitments
- Developing and Implementing the Performance Appraisal system for the employees and company
- Prepare and managing the Payroll activities
- Responsible for handling Statutory works like EPF, ESIC and Labor etc
- Responsible for developing and implementing the disciplinary policies
- Developing various reports for management which make it easy to make decisions
