JOB DECRIPTION
Position: Sr. Operations Manager (MEP/Technical Services)
Department: Operations
Reporting to: Director - Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Min 12-15 years of experience in Facility Management
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of MEP systems, including HVAC, Chillers, DG sets, UPS, Transformers, Plumbing System, Firefighting System, STP/WTP and Building Management Systems (BMS).
2. Develop and implement AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for critical assets to minimize downtime.
3. Respond to emergency breakdowns and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure. Plan for preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance.
4. Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water) and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs.
5. Ensure adherence to local regulations, statutory approvals (Electrical Inspectorate, Fire Department), and safety standards.
6. Responsible for providing by MEP services at the client’s premises and ensure that agreed SLA’s are met.
7. Meeting the client, record every daily Meeting and take corrective measures as per the meetings
8. Ensure closure of complaints about services and equipment and take corrective action
9. Ensure that the all the SOP’s, checklist, documentation is completed on time at all sites
10. Conduct training regularly for work policies and procedures.
11. Maintain inventory of tools, consumable stock to ensure that supplies and other equipment are available in an adequate amount
12. Implementation of all standard operating procedures at the site to ensure smooth site operations.
Competencies (Minimum Qualifications)
· Qualification: Graduate In Electrical /Mechanical Engineer
· Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Facility Management.
· Strong people management and leadership skills
· Expert level proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
