We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction throughout the property buying journey and post-sales service.
Role Overview
This is a full time & On – site opportunity for CRM role. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will act as the key point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales service for customers
- Maintain customer databases and track interactions
- Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback collection
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention levels
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management (preferably in real estate)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Customer-centric attitude with a professional approach
Compensation & Benefits (Package)
- Salary Range: ₹25k – ₹35k per month (based on experience)
