The Executive Assistant will act as the Proprietor’s central coordination point, ensuring accountability across the organisation while also undertaking research, data compilation and important growth missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Proprietor’s calendar, meetings, appointments and daily priorities.
- Record every instruction with the responsible person, deadline, priority and expected outcome.
- Delegate and communicate tasks to employees on behalf of the Proprietor.
- Maintain a structured task tracker through Excel/Google Sheets and subsequently through the company’s desktop application.
- Follow up directly with responsible employees until tasks are completed and formally closed.
- Hold task owners accountable for timelines, quality and expected results.
- Identify delays, obtain reasons, establish revised deadlines and escalate repeated non-performance.
- Prepare concise daily pending-task reports and weekly accountability summaries.
- Coordinate employees and resources where a task requires the involvement of multiple people.
- Track important tenders, proposals, approvals, purchase orders, production milestones, deliveries, receivables and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and convert decisions into measurable action points.
- Draft important emails, letters, proposals, presentations and official communications.
- Coordinate with clients, government officials, vendors, consultants and other stakeholders on behalf of the Proprietor.
- Organise documents and information required for meetings and decision-making.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business, financial and personal matters.
- Ensure that no important instruction, commitment, deadline or follow-up is missed.
- Conduct structured research on new business opportunities, government schemes, tenders, products, markets, technologies and expansion possibilities.
- Collect, verify, organise and compile information from reliable internal and external sources.
- Prepare research briefs, comparative statements, data summaries, feasibility notes and presentations.
- Compile information relating to market potential, competitors, pricing, eligibility requirements, prospective clients and implementation needs.
- Maintain organised records of opportunities, contacts, schemes, partnerships and other important business information.
- Convert research findings into clear recommendations and actionable next steps for the Proprietor.
- Take ownership of important missions and special projects assigned by the Proprietor.
- Drive selected growth initiatives from research and planning through delegation, coordination, execution and closure.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, consultants and external organisations to secure the information and resources required.
- Personally drive high-priority assignments that do not fall within any employee’s regular responsibility.
- Provide regular updates on progress, obstacles, decisions required and expected outcomes.

Experience: Preferably 2–5 years in executive assistance, management coordination, project tracking, research or a similar role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
