Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and bar trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
