Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and awareness campaigns
- Explain courses, training programs, or services to people
- Generate leads and enroll candidates
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and promotional activities
- Maintain records of interested candidates
- Follow up with leads through calls and visits
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, NGOs, or local communities
- Meet daily or monthly mobilization targets
- Prepare reports and update management regularly
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Ability to travel locally
- Confidence in public interaction
- Teamwork and coordination skills
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in sales, counseling, marketing, or field work is an advantage
