We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer for a Medical Device Manufacturing Company. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, machine automation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated manufacturing systems used in medical device production.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, program, test, and maintain PLC-based automation systems
Handle HMI, SCADA, and industrial automation programming
Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues in production machinery
Work on machine commissioning, installation, and validation
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
Ensure smooth functioning of automated manufacturing equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
Maintain documentation related to PLC programs and automation systems
Support process improvement and production efficiency initiatives
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in medical device manufacturing
Preferred Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, etc.)
Experience in HMI and SCADA systems
Understanding of industrial automation and control systems
Knowledge of servo drives, sensors, VFDs, and electrical panels
Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and validation processes is an added advantage
