Mechanical Engineer Revit MEP
Job Description
We are looking for a Revit MEP Fresher to join our design team. The candidate will assist in developing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models using Autodesk Revit for building projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level candidates looking to build a career in BIM and MEP design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify MEP models (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) in Revit
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and detailed views as per project requirements
- Assist senior engineers in BIM coordination and clash detection
- Update drawings based on redline markups and design changes
- Maintain Revit families, templates, and project files
- Ensure drawings follow company standards and BIM guidelines
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
- Understanding of MEP systems and building services
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of BIM concepts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection
- Understanding of ASHRAE / NEC / local building codes
- Internship or training in Revit MEP or BIM
Experience
- 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
Salary: 25000- 30000
