- Safely operate luxury vehicles for the transportation of clients to various destinations, including airports, business meetings, social events, and personal appointments.
- Plan and execute the most efficient and safest routes, considering traffic, weather conditions, and client preferences, using GPS and local knowledge.
- Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring it is always clean, fueled, and mechanically sound before and after each trip.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage, opening and closing doors, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing the safety and security of passengers at all times.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
- Be punctual for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs, often arriving early to ensure readiness.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, dispatch, and management.
