We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR with strong expertise in HR compliances, statutory regulations, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management. The candidate will ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain statutory records, support audits, and drive HR operational excellence.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Factory Act, etc.
· Strong documentation and audit management skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Experienced will be considered in Distillery/Ethanol industry.
Educational Qualification
· MBA / PGDM in HR
Additional certification in labor laws or compliances will be preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
