We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – Purchase at myTVS Accessories
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Industry: Auto Accessories / Spare Parts
Job Responsibilities
- · Handling all the Import + Domestics supplier and resolve all the quires on time
- · Handling the all Suppliers and Forwarder from China/HKG
- · Completely worked in supply chain management department (Import & Export, Warehouse, Operations, Logistics, vendor management).
- · Must have knowledge of Packaging details norms as per legal metrology
- · Knowledge to developing new products / vendors as per requirements by browsing on apps like Alibaba
- · Close tracking of shipments from China to India and updating the status of shipment in the form of tracker on daily basis to stockholders.
- · End-to-end supply chain and logistics role of Car Accessories, spare parts and POP material
- · Material In/Out Status and ensuring import shipment receiving and dispatching according to dispatch plan.
- · Preparation on monthly Delivery schedule and preparing MIS reports as required by Management in Excel Sheet.
- · Managing proper space utilization of store and stock analysis every Quarter.
- · Responsibility of handling the Physical Inventory management,
Must have skills:
- · Min 4 years of experience
- · Good communication skills with decent command over written and spoken English
- · Knowledge of using Wechat for communication with China team / vendors
- · Decent knowledge of Microsoft Excel..
