Coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects
Scope
· Labor management
· Documentation
· Overseeing site works
· Construction as per design, timeline and approved quality standards
Responsibility
· Manage | responsible for team of labourer’s (internal and vendors’), their productivity, safety, attire as required by site, etiquette
· Adhere to design, quality, quantity, timeline for a given task
· Breakdown monthly targets into weekly | daily targets
· Provide clear requirements of labour, material, tools, equipment, and consumables, to achieve requisite targets
· Manage tools | material allocation, storage and minimize wastage
· Follow approved method of work; train workers to work as per the approved method.
· Maintain drawings issued and RFI’s
· Prepare | send | document shop drawings, estimates of resources
· Prepare | send | document MIS | reports | checklists | attendance
· Oversee construction work
· Prepare site reports and file paperwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
