Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their requirements, resolve concerns promptly, and identify opportunities for service expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and client engagement.
- Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently..
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
