Job Summary
The Website & SEO Specialist is responsible for managing, optimising, and enhancing the organisation's online presence through effective website management and search engine optimisation strategies. This role combines technical website administration, SEO execution, analytics monitoring, and growth operations to improve website performance, search visibility, user experience, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in WordPress website management, SEO implementation, analytics platforms, and digital growth initiatives. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can independently execute website updates, optimise search performance, analyse data, and contribute to the organisation's digital marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management & Optimisation
- Create, update, and maintain website pages using WordPress.
- Design and develop landing pages using Elementor and Astra themes.
- Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and optimised across all devices.
- Perform website speed optimisation and improve Core Web Vitals performance.
- Manage website forms, lead capture mechanisms, and user experience enhancements.
- Publish and optimise blog content in accordance with SEO best practices.
- Implement structured data, schema markup, and technical SEO requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website-related technical issues.
- Ensure website functionality, security, usability, and performance standards are maintained.
- Coordinate website enhancements and ongoing maintenance activities.
2. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and search trends.
- Perform competitor analysis and benchmark SEO performance.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies across website pages and blog content.
- Optimise meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and image attributes.
- Develop and execute internal linking strategies.
- Prepare SEO-focused content briefs and optimisation recommendations.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic search performance.
- Implement local SEO strategies to improve local search visibility.
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profile listings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve organic growth.
3. Growth Operations & Analytics
- Configure, monitor, and analyse data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Monitor website indexing, performance, and issues through Google Search Console.
- Track leads, conversions, and user engagement metrics.
- Generate monthly website and SEO performance reports.
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilise AI tools to improve content creation, research, and workflow efficiency.
- Support digital marketing initiatives through performance monitoring and optimisation.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve website conversions and lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, or Website Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Website Management, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
- Candidates with 3+ years of proven experience in both Website Management and SEO will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with WordPress websites and SEO projects is mandatory.
- Prior experience in educational institutions, agencies, or digital marketing environments will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based at the Corporate Office / School Campus.
- May require coordination with marketing, admissions, academic, and management teams.
- Involvement in digital campaigns, website launches, admissions promotions, and institutional marketing initiatives.
- Occasional additional hours may be required during major campaigns, admissions cycles, or website projects.
