Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial strategy, planning, governance, and performance management. The CFO will work closely with the leadership team to drive sustainable growth, improve profitability, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the organization's overall financial strategy.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and management.
- Evaluate expansion plans, new investments, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Develop financial models for new projects and business initiatives.
2. Financial Performance Management
- Monitor revenue, profitability, EBITDA, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Review location-wise and department-wise financial performance.
- Conduct monthly financial reviews and identify performance gaps.
- Establish financial KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Drive cost optimization and improve operational efficiency.
3. Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Oversee cash-flow planning and working-capital management.
- Ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and expansion.
- Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and payment cycles.
- Develop strategies to improve cash conversion and financial efficiency.
4. Financial Controls & Governance
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee internal and external audits.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
5. MIS & Management Reporting
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop management dashboards covering:
- Revenue
- EBITDA
- Profitability
- Cash Flow
- Cost
- Collections
- Outstanding Receivables
- Location-wise Performance
- Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
6. Business & Commercial Support
- Partner with Business Development and Operations teams to evaluate commercial opportunities.
- Analyze pricing, margins, contracts, and partnership proposals.
- Evaluate ROI of marketing and business development initiatives.
- Support negotiations with vendors, financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners.
7. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Establish clear financial processes, responsibilities, and performance standards.
- Build a data-driven and financially disciplined organizational culture.
- Coordinate with Accounts, HR, Operations, Business Development, and senior management.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
