Content Creation
- Create engaging fashion-focused content including reels, videos, photos, stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, seasonal collections, campaigns, and brand promotions.
- Write compelling captions, product stories, and social media copy aligned with the brand voice.
- Coordinate and execute content shoots, styling sessions, and influencer collaborations.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media and digital marketing channels.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the brand's presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the monthly content calendar.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changes.
Analytics & Performance
- Track content performance, engagement, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate monthly social media and content performance reports.
- Use insights and analytics to optimize future content strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create aesthetic, trend-driven, and brand-aligned content.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Understanding of fashion trends, styling, and visual merchandising.
- Experience working with influencers and fashion campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content planning tools.
Office Timing- 10-7pm
Working Days- 6 Days
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
